- We prepare and provide electrical floor plans for accuracy and efficiency
- We are professional in our approach to meeting with the home owner
- By reviewing electrical floor plans with the home owner, we can carefully control what is included in the standard build and what is additional. The revised electrical floor plan and any variation to cost is documented and signed off by the home owner and/or the builder.
- We understand the construction process and the importance of completing the pre-wire at the agreed time.
- Our size and national presence ensures we receive direct support from Electrical Manufacturers, such as Schneider, Philips, Simx, HPM etc. This allows Kinetic to provide quality products at affordable pricing.
